Recently, a friend of mine asked me if I could recommend any good recipes with turmeric – since then I got obsessed with the hunt!
Spotted this recipe by Andy Baraghani on Bon Appétit and HAD to make it. Because isn’t it gorgeous?! And let me tell you, it tastes just as good as it looks!
It’s super easy to make and it takes grilled salmon to the next level.

All you’ll need is some good olive oil, Swiss chard, shallot, ginger, turmeric, salmon fillet, garlic, serrano chile, unsweetened coconut flakes & freshly ground black pepper.

I tried out this recipe and it was soooo good! The coconut on top makes this dish unique and very tasty 😍My salmon was a little on the thinner side so I cooked for a little less than the recommended time and it turned out perfect!
